One would expect nothing less from the new de Mondion menu designed and created by Executive Chef Kevin Bonello and his award-winning brigade of chefs.Chef's renowned Mediterranean style.

The perfectly balanced menu features a completely new spread with an ample selection of starters, mains, as well as delicious desserts and Chef Kevin's signature North meets South surf and turf speciality.

This season, taking center stage are the Chef's mains which include only the freshest of local catches, unbelievably succulent wild game, an innovative take on a traditional favourite and the best cuts flown in directly from France and Scotland.

In helping you cap a delicious meal in style, our resident Patissiere crafted a selection of truly unmissable dessert creations catering for both patrons with an unrepentant sweet tooth and those who prefer to end the evening without necessarily overindulging.
