Four Hands Dinner at The de Mondion Restaurant on Friday 26th October at 20:00 

Calling all the gastronomes out there. The de Mondion is stepping it up a notch and organising a one-time event. This time it will be a four-hands dinner, joining Vincenzo Candiano, a 2-Michelin Star Chef hailing from Locanda don Serafino Relais & Chateaux in Sicily and our very own Chef Kevin Bonello, group chef of Infinitely Xara and The Xara Palace Relais & Chateaux. This event will be a one-time event and places are very limited. Do not miss out on a culinary experience, a gastronomic journey being part of the Route de Bonheur by Relais & Chateaux - the fellowship of hotels which both The Xara Palace and Locanda don Serafino forms part of.
