Fine Food under Santa Marija’s Dazzling Sky
If you’re looking to spend the night under the numerous fireworks displays that Santa Marija has to offer, whilst indulging in some of Malta’s finest food, then look no further. The De Mondion is a discreet and luxurious fine dining restaurant which specifically caters for the discerning client and for another year, it is opening its exclusive terrace for a spectacular evening of delicious food and dazzling skies.
A set menu delicately arranged by our renowned Chef de Cuisine, Kevin Bonello, is set to send your taste buds in air alongside the colourful fireworks six separate localities will display just below the panoramic views that the De Mondion has to offer. The menu consists of six courses starting with a Foie Gras “Biscotto” served with Gold Raisins, Hazelnuts and Pears. Organic Risotto is then served alongside Butter Poached Corn Fed Chicken and Black Garlic followed by Cuttle Fish Cappuccino. As the evening starts to set in, Vitello Tonnato will be plated up just before a decadent multi-layered Maltese Trifle and Coffee and Petits Fours
